I’m afraid the user who uploaded this video to Vimeo has since changed the privacy settings on the video – I’m afraid there’s nothing I can do about this.
Your best bet is to try and contact the user via Vimeo (https://vimeo.com/35361107), and to ask them to make the video public again, so we can all enjoy it!
